When my wife and I were first starting our family and looking for places to live, it was extremely difficult to find landlords that truly cared about our financial situation and home needs. The process of finding a home we would feel comfortable in, and a landlord that we could trust was frustrating to say the least!

Summit Properties qualification process of any tenant is based upon a typical background check and character reference. We place a heavy emphasis on job security, strong values and positive references. While standard factors like wage and debt to income are considered, we know that people are much deeper than their credit reports.
We understand that the goal of most of our tenants is to buy a home. We are supportive of these goals. We evaluate the tenants needs on the front end to determine the proper term of their lease so that they may make the transition to home ownership upon completion of renting with us. The biggest difference with finding a home through Summit Properties is our unique ability to evaluate our tenants personal preferences, life goals and individual situations and place them into a great home that fulfills their needs.
